When it comes to accepting awards, there's nothing worse than those who play it super-cool and pretend they don't even care. It's just rude! Anyway, this is why we were overjoyed when we found out that Kate Winslet had finally been given her Best Actress Oscar – she's been nominated for one six times you know – because we just knew how happy she'd be. And boy was she happy. After her trembling, tearful and ever-so-slightly OTT acceptance speech at the Golden Globes not long ago, we were a bit worried that an actual Oscar would finish our Kate off altogether. Thankfully, she managed to hold it together and actually get through a really heart-warming speech. Thanking her close friends and family, Kate then asked her dad to whistle so she'd know where he was sitting, before gushing away about the other "goddesses" in her category.
