We've been keeping our fingers crossed all day for good news, but unfortunately the outlook is looking rather bleak for poor Natasha Richardson. The actress is still in a critical condition in a New York hospital, and a friend has now revealed that there is little hope she'll make a recovery. "There is no chance," says a family friend. "It is a fact that her heart is beating but she is brain dead." Natasha's closest friends and family have maintained a vigil at her bedside sincethe accident happened but, according to the same friend, doctors have warned that her condition is extremely serious. "It's not official yet," claims the source, "But they basically will detach her." Representatives for Natasha, her husband Liam Neeson and the Redgrave family have yet to make an official statement, and until they do we will continue to keep everything crossed for her here at heatworld.
