Bruno was almost killed!
Pushing the boundaries as much as Sacha Baron Cohen does is always going to result in some people getting rubbed up the wrong way, but the comedian got a little too close to actual danger whilst filming his new flick Bruno. Sacha found himself threatened by three gun-wielding hunters while filming a sequence in America's Deep South. The men didn't take too kindly to Sacha (as Bruno) stripping off and dancing around the campsite and, thinking he was gay, they started loading their guns. A movie source says, "After they saw him they just started readying their guns in front of the cameras. They [the crew] realised they just had to get out of there. Everyone was really scared by what happened." The three men thought Sacha was simply an Austrian reporter doing a travel piece, and had no idea they were being filmed for a movie. This all sounds very scary, but we can't wait to watch what happened when the film comes out in July.
