This is just bizarre...
We're used to female celebrities taking a public pop at one another, but it's been a while since we had to get the saucers of milk out for the boys. The very gorgeous Mr Danny Dyer is currently embroiled in a rather nasty war of words with none other than Celebrity Big Brother star Verne Troyer, after the London-born actor claimed he tried to crack on to his missus. Danny recounted the incident in his Zoo magazine column last week, referring to the actor as a “midget” – but Verne was quick to hit back on his online blog, ranting, “This so-called-actor named Danny Dyer gave some rude quotes about me. First off, I wouldn’t know who you were if you were standing in front of me. Second, I would never disrespect someone by hitting on their wife. At the end of the day, don’t use my name to get your name in the press.” So-called actor? Ooooh, bitchy. Danny has seen the response, and has since made a sort-of apology in his Zoo column out tomorrow., "It seems that I’ve pissed off Verne Troyer with what I said last week about him gawping at my missus and me calling him a midget," he says. "So, Big Verne… I do apologise about using the 'm' word, but if you’re going to stare at the mother of my children’s tits all night, you have to expect repercussions. And me using the 'm' word is you getting off very f***ing lightly…” Over to you again then, Verne...
