A naughty New Moon fan could be facing up to three years in jail after being caught recording the film on her camera. The incident happened at a special pre-release screening of New Moon in Chicago, where the accused was watching the movie as part of a friend's birthday treat. The woman, 22-year-old Samantha Tumpach, was escorted from the cinema and held by police for two days before being released. She will face charges at a later date. When we asked Robert Pattinson super-fan Sarah (pictured above) – the same girl who ended up in hospital after a fight over a Robsessed poster – what she thought of this incident, she told us, "You can hardly blame the girl for wanting photos of Robert on screen! He’s bloody gorgeous! When I saw New Moon I screamed throughout the whole thing; he is amazing in it, and no, I did not end up in hospital this time! If this girl ends up in jail I plan to fly over and campaign for her freedom – us Robsessed fans have to stick together!" Spoken with true passion.
