Much as we love Robert Pattinson as the brooding, tragic Edward Cullen in the Twilight films, we do get a little frustrated on his behalf.

Playing a dashing young man living in Paris back in 1885, Rob works his way up the social scale by seducing not one but three beautiful and powerful women. Lucky old Uma Thurman, Kristin Scott Thomas and Christina Ricci all get to be kissed and caressed by the delicious actor, in what looks to be an extremely sexy and thrilling film. Well, let's face it, the ladies would hardly have had to act, would they? Unlike Edward "good two-shoes" Cullen, Rob's character in Bel Ami, Georges Duroy, has a manipulative streak and will stop at nothing to get to the top.
Is it wrong that we fancy R-Pattz even more when he's a bit of a naughty man-whore? Probably. Have a watch of the trailer now and tell us what you think.
