Come rain or shine, weekday or weekend, we're always out getting the gossip for you heatsters - and yesterday afternoon, we hit Leicester Square to hang with Russell Brand and Tom Cruise at the European premiere of Rock Of Ages the movie... And we did it for YOU.
After much autograph signing and general red carpet madness, we grabbed Rusty for a chat and we found him being his complete usual self - you know, banging on about snogging, sex and er, stroking our arm. It's good to have him back.
When asked about how he found kissing Alec Baldwin, the hairy one replied, "[Alec Baldwin] was my numero uno kiss! Top of the list" ... Er, better than Katy Perry, Russ? We doubt it!
He also said he had to put a lot of effort into being all "normal and not sexy" for his role by not thinking filthy thoughts constantly. Only he, er, did this while gently stroking our arm (therefore we WERE thinking filthy thoughts constantly).
"My character wasn't meant to be sexy so I just acted all normal and tried not think about whathername all the time - you know; the old monkey business, the hulabulloo, all that swit-swoo."
Well done Russ, not only did that answer rhyme but you left us ladies all giggling like school girls!
Thankfully Tom Cruise came straight over afterwards and calmed us down (sort of - it's Tom Cruise for goodness sake), telling us how plans for Top Gun 2 are in motion...
"We're working on a script," he said with a Maverick smile. "It will happen we just need to work it out."
