Kristen Stewart has already lost Robert Pattinson, but is her cheating scandal costing her work as well?
The planned Snow White And The Huntsman sequel has now been ditched by film studio Universal, who now want a follow up to now focus on The Huntsman – played by Chris Hemsworth – rather than K-Stew’s Snow White.
This means that Kristen – who famously cheated with Rupert Sanders, the 41-year-old married director of Snow White And The Huntsman – is surplus to requirements.
“The studio is currently exploring options to continue the franchise,” a studio spokesperson has told HollywoodReporter.com.

After Kristen and Rupert confessed to their affair and publicly apologised to their respective partners, it was thought that Rupert’s wife Liberty Ross only considered taking her husband back if he agreed to not work on a SWATH follow up with Kristen. Which is fair enough.
With Kristen out of the way, it’s not certain if Rupert will now return to helm the next film, although HollywoodReporter.com’s sources say that he will.
Of course, it would have been very awkward for Rupert and Kristen to have worked together again, but there’s no word on why the studio decided to move the possible film franchise in a direction away from the Twilight actress.
