Well, well, well. We thought Madonna said goodbye to her saucy days at least ten years ago, but it seems the naughty minx still has a raunchy side. Madge and Guy were photographed yesterday – on Guy's birthday – and Madonna was carrying a clear plastic bag, inside which was a – get this – “purple penetrator” sex toy!!
