Amy Winehouse's husband Blake Fielder-Civil appeared in court this morning – however the trial was adjourned until the 23 November following new allegations that he perverted the course of justice. Blake grinned throughout the 15-minute hearing as Judge David Radford adjourned the trial and remanded Blake on "technical" bail, noting that he remains in custody on the charge of perverting the course of justice. Blake was arrested last week after allegedly trying to bribe pub landlord James King. In Snaresbrook Crown Court, Blake blew kisses to his mother and mouthed, "I'm all right" and "I love you" as she wept in the public gallery. Amy did not attend the hearing.
