Britney Spears won’t face prosecution after reportedly driving through a red light with her sons in the back seat, LA police said. The erratic popstar was photographed driving through an intersection while simultaneously sending a text message last week. However, despite a paparazzi video of the incident, Britney won’t be charged – as there were no police officers at the scene. Sergeant Mike Lopez of LAPD told MTV, “We can’t just go by someone’s video tape. We have to witness it.” Ex-husband Kevin Federline won’t be pleased. His legal team planned to use the incidents as further evidence to ban Britney from driving their kids, as she’s “too dangerous.”
Good news for Britney
