Kevin Federline has no problem with Britney Spears’ legal team hiring a private investigator to follow him, he says. K-Fed's attorney spoke out about a recent report that Britney had hired a PI to dig up dirt for her ongoing custody battle. Counsel Mark Vincent Kaplan told a US magazine it would be a waste of money, as K-Fed has nothing to hide. “I don’t think it will, in any way, be a good expenditure of funds,” he said. “I can’t stop that from happening, but I don’t think Kevin would be concerned about it, and I don’t think he has to change anything he is doing in order to address that.” Meanwhile, Kaplan welcomed reports that Britney has finally decided to hire a driver. Although he has yet to see evidence of the mum-of-two taking a back seat in the car. He said, “Anything that reduces the risk for the children in the car... I am all for that. We are only concerned when she is driving the kids."
