But it seems that the troubled singer is having another go at cleaning up his act, and, to help keep on the straight and narrow, he’s banned booze from the Babyshambles tour bus. During a recent interview, Babyshambles bass player Drew McConnell revealed, “He's insisted on [the alcohol ban]. I thought it was a joke at first but it's true – we're having to hide bottles of beer under our pillows! I think it's indicative of Peter's resolve to sort himself out.” We had totally run out of patience with Pete, but have just found a little reserve of hope in our cold, empty hearts that he pulls his act together this time...
