Britney and her people cooked up an elaborate ruse that even involved a private jet to make the world think she was hanging out in Manhattan, but it turns out she and her paparazzi love interest Adnan Ghalib actually drove down to Rosarito Beach in Mexico on Wednesday, where they’ve been seen shopping and sightseeing.
