While Britney was busy turning up late for court/leaving/going to church, there was one man who was there to do his bit – K-Fed, the father of Britney's kids and the man who currently has full custody of them. Who knew the Fedster would end up the hero of all this?! While Kev himself kept quiet, his lawyer, Mark Kaplan spoke for him afterwards and said: "This is a grave situation. While we believe Mr Federline is pleased... there is not joy in it." He also said that K-Fed hopes that one day he will be able to share custody of his sons with Britney again.
