We have a morbid fascination with the world’s weirdest “celebrity” couple, otherwise known as Cheeky Girl Gabriela and Liberal Democrat MP Lembit Opik. Last week, their pair announced their engagement – and now they’ve posed for a series of oh-so-natural holiday snaps, so we can see just how madly in love they really are. *vomits* Visit our gallery below to marvel at the couple as they sit on a plane, read a guide book, mingle with some authentically-dressed locals, canoodle by the Trevi Fountain, enjoy a relaxing drink and cosy up in their hotel room. It’s classic. The couple got a friend to take the photos, which were then flogged to a photographic agency. We’re not sure why they took this course of action (it might be something to do with neither of them being the most publicity-shy individuals), but we’re jolly glad they did, as the whole thing is hilarious.
