With her penchant for crazy wigs, colourful clothes and bonkers make-up, Lil Kim has never been the most natural looking lady – but her latest modification didn’t cost £2.99 from Claire’s Accessories if these pictures of her at the SATC premiere are anything to go by. Kim is open about her love of plastic surgery (but then, we’re not sure how she could get away with denying it!) but it seems she’s now gone way too far and is just a couple of nips and tucks away from full-on Bride of Wildenstein territory. Yikes!
