News has just reached us that the custody battle between Britney Spears and Kevin Federline is finally over – the couple reached a settlement late last night, which sees Kevin retaining full custody of Sean Preston and Jayden James, while Britney will have visitation rights. Kevin’s lawyer Mark Vincent Kaplan says that Britney’s rights “may increase over time” and revealed that K-Fed is “ecstatic” with the news, adding that the two boys are “thriving” with their dad. Britney currently sees the boys two days a week, plus one overnight stay, all of which are monitored. We’re glad the messy process has finally reached a conclusion that sounds like it will work for everyone concerned.
