If you’ve seen this week’s heat (and it’s 10.30 on Tuesday morning, so you jolly well should have done by now – you’ve had literally several hours to buy it) you’ll see that Nicola Roberts has finally snapped and said exactly what she thinks of Chris Moyles. It seems that Nicola’s been really hurt by some of the choice remarks the gobby DJ has made about her, and wants him to know, through the medium of heat, that she’s had enough. Well, it seems her words have struck a chord with Chris – at the end of his Radio 1 Breakfast Show this morning, he apologised to the Girls Aloud star. With the famous tearjerker Our Tune music in the background, Chris told listeners that he’s really sorry for any hurt he’s caused her over the years, and acknowledged that he’s said some “really harsh” things. “There’s no punchline to this,” he added, and insisted that he is a nice guy at heart. Hmm, do you believe Chris or does the sad music he chose suggest that his tongue might be a wee bit in his cheek?
