What's better than going down to the woods and finding some teddy bears having a picnic? Actually, quite a lot, because that would just be downright scary, but we've discovered that there's something VERY exciting going on down in the woods next summer. The swoonsome and talented McFly have announced they will be heading into the trees during June next year for three special gigs in association with the Forestry Commission’s annual live music series. If you didn't get the chance to see the boys on their recent Radio:ACTIVE tour – we did, it was superb and brilliant and amazing and stuff – then this is your chance to hear them perform all their new hits, including One For The Radio, the magnificent Lies, and current single Do Ya/Stay With Me, as well as loads of their old classics. McFly, as well as being extremely easy on the eye, always put on an unforgettable show and are one band you really do need to see live to fully appreciate. We can think of a lot worse ways to spend a sunny June evening. Details of the gigs are below, and you can get your tickets from 9am this Friday morning. So, will you be taking your picnic down to the woods to see McFly, or would you rather chew on some old bark?
