Britney's former "manager" has not taken kindly to having a restraining order taken out against him by the Spears family, and has now filed a lawsuit against them for libel and defamation. Oh, he's such a nice man, isn't he? Ahem. Sam Lutfi, who was a key person in Britney's life during her breakdown, is claiming that it was he who encouraged the young star to reconcile with her parents. In addition, he also claims that Lynne Spears' recent book Through The Storm is full of "false statements" about him and that they have caused him "unfathomable amounts of ridicule and public scorn". Hmm. With a tour to prepare for and her kids to look after, the last thing Britney needs now is this questionable man raising his annoying head again.
