Casey Aldridge underwent emergency surgery this weekend, following a serious car smash on Saturday night. Casey, the father of Jamie Lynn Spears' 10-month-old daughter Maddie, was reported to have had surgery to remove a blood clot near his brain, but this information has not yet been confirmed by his family. A source revealed, "The doctors are pretty positive. He should recover fully." Casey is being kept in intensive care at the moment so doctors can keep an eye on him, and his family are at his bedside. Casey was on his way home from a fishing trip when the truck he was driving somehow left the road and flipped over, leaving one of his two passengers with a broken collar bone and Casey with far more serious injuries. Jamie Lynn has yet to comment.
