Aside from friends and the ever mysterious "sources" making comments on his behalf, Chris Brown hasn't spoken publicly since he was charged with assault. Well, now he's decided to record a bizarre message to his "fans", where he promises to be back soon. "I just wanna say ‘what’s up?,’ because I ain’t been out there in a minute," he begins. "The new album is gonna be coming soon. We working on it right now. It’s called Graffiti. It’s got everything on it, so y’all be ready for that." Chris then leans in close to the camera and says, "I’m about to drop a single this summer for y’all. We ain’t going nowhere. Everybody that’s haters, they just been haters. All my real fans, I love you. I ain’t a monster." Hmm, well this video hasn't made us feel ANY love for Chris at all. Oh dear, we must be "haters"... Rihanna, darling, you can do A LOT better.
