It's not been a very good week for Rihanna. First she had to deal with all that nonsense about the so-called "sex-tape", and now her neighbour is threatening to sue her. Oh dear. Christian Moeller, whose home is right next to Rihanna's in LA, is demanding damages for a number of claims, including trespass and invasion of privacy. He claims Rihanna often allows her friends to park on his side of the driveway, and that a security camera on her property points at his door. Add to that the fact that she's allegedly "noisy", and you've got one angry neighbour. What a nightmare. In addition to this, Chris Brown's lawyers have requested a delay in the rapper's upcoming court case. They say it is to allow them more time to investigate how the photo of a bruised and battered Rihanna was leaked to the press. Rihanna herself, according to friends, just wants to put the whole thing behind her. We'll keep you posted with any developments.
