Well, that's a silly question really, because we all know there's only one famous lady with arms like this... That's right, it's the Madgesty of Pop herself Madonna. We actually think this picture is the most extreme one we've seen in ages. If ever there was an advert to not bother with the gym past the age of 40, eh? She just looks scary. And is it just us, or are her hands looking really gigantic lately, too? Maybe all the blood from those HUGE veins have filled up her palms? We can't look at it anymore. Bleurgh.
