Chris Brown has yet to be sentenced for assaulting his ex (or maybe current) girlfriend Rihanna, and yesterday the case was delayed further as the judge pushed for a tougher punishment. Chris was thought to be getting away with a fine and some community service, but the female judge in the case is now in touch with the rapper's home state of Virginia to see if they can accommodate a slot for him to complete a stint of hard labour. During the trial, it was revealed that poor Rihanna was left "heavily bruised" with a "mouthful of blood" after the attack in February, and that Chris bit her ear and threatened to kill her. Meanwhile, it's being reported that Rihanna's legal team will be asking the judge to lift the restraining order preventing Chris to come within 50 yards of the Umbrella singer. It comes just days after the pair were reportedly spotted back in each other arms at a hotel in New York. We think she's crazier than a wonky hat stand.
