Before we get onto who won what and who was wearing what, we just have to say LOOK AT AMY WINEHOUSE'S BOOBS! It's hard to look anywhere else, to be honest, and it looks as if her young niece Dionne Bromfield is embarrassed by them. Amy took her boobs out (not of her dress, thank God) for the Q Awards earlier this afternoon, where she was joined by the likes of Justin Lee Collins, Lily Allen, Stereophonics, Kasabian, Sophie Ellis Bextor, Jarvis Cocker, James Blunt, Fearne Cotton and Kate Nash. Oh, and Lady GaGa made an appearance, too, but only via satellite link. Comedian Al Murray hosted the bash at the Grosvenor House Hotel London, and if you have been following us on Twitter, you'll know that we were there, too, cuddling up to JLC and the Stereophonics' Kelly Jones on the red carpet. For a full list of winners, see below, and for the even-more exciting gallery of stars, scroll down just a tiny bit further. Who do YOU think was the best dressed at the event?
