Madge cracks us up
Yesterday we were busy giggling at Madonna for banging her head on the ceiling on a live TV show, and today she's got us chuckling all over again – this time for her comments about young men. Talking to Ryan Seacrest on his hit US radio show, Madonna refused to apologise for preferring younger men, saying, "Younger people are more adventurous. They’re more open, more fun. Have you met many guys my age? They're usually grumpy and fat and balding!" She then joked to 34-year-old Ryan that he was "too old" to date her, adding that the men she goes for only "have to be old enough to dress themselves..." Tee hee. She was also happy to discuss her obsession with keeping fit, telling Ryan, "My body is part of my job. If I’m not in good shape, then how can I dance around on stage with my butt hanging out, right? I look in the mirror and go ‘hmmm, less cake, more work'." Asked what she thought of the now infamous stunt Kanye West pulled at the VMAs recently, Madonna replied, "Yeah, he’s a bit impulsive. I would’ve given him a good talking to. He needs to put a lid on it. I do think he’s very talented but he gets confused sometimes." We're starting to love Madonna the self-confessed cougar all over again this week!
