We have no idea why anyone would ever want to do this to their hair - dreadlocks have to be the worst crime ever. But for some unknown reason Shakira (Shakira) decided it was a good idea to twist her long blonde mane into these awful dreads. Ick! We can only imagine that Shakira is at home, desperately trying to comb this mess out of her hair as heatworld types this.
