Right, we're going from one man-band to another now... Just when you thought things were slowing down on the Take That front (well, if you don’t count the whole Jason Orange and Catherine Tate thing taking over the whole social media world for 24 hours), we find out our favourite fellas just might have a live album coming out.
The boys are set to release their Progress Live DVD on 21 November – and it’ll feature all of the antics from all five TT lads on stage at Wembley earlier this summer (although, we assume some of Robbie’s naughty words might be blanked out). But in true Take That fashion, those boys aren’t planning to let it go with just a DVD, oh no… sources say they’ll be releasing a double live album too. You know, just in case we want more Take That.
But it’ll certainly be a welcome addition to our bulging playlists – after all, the boys are supposed to be on an extended break while Gary Barlow goes off to conquer The X Factor judging panel and Robbie makes his solo album.
The album is set for release a week after the DVD and will feature some extra special treats as well as all the live tracks, including Shine, No Regrets and Kidz from the tour.
And you know what that means Take That fans? That means we’ve essentially had three Take That albums in a year (if you count Progress and the Progressed EP), plus a tour and a DVD – so boys, you can most certainly go off and have a rest for a while! But don’t forget us now!
