It looks as though X Factor winners Little Mix and songstress Jessie J have formed quite a bond. The Who You Are singer helped to train and mentor the band at the Judges Houses round of the popular talent show, but it has been reported that she is now writing songs for them too.
Jessie, who has been nominated for three awards at the upcoming Brits, had recently revealed that she’d love to write material for the all girl group.
The band are currently working on their debut album which is due to be released in the spring. Jessie says,
“I’d love to write for them as they’re great girls and have brilliant voices.”
There has been speculation as to what special guests might be appearing to duet on the highly anticipated album. Reports state that both Jessie and Little Mix’s X Factor mentor Tulisa Contostavlos will lend their vocals to some of the tracks.
After hearing the girls cover Damien Rice’s Cannonball, we can’t wait to hear their first album!
