Yes, you read right. Former reality TV star Kerry Katona has admitted that she’d love nothing more than for her kids to see her return to the stage with her old band Atomic Kitten.
The ex-band member had heard it on the grapevine that the girls were reforming, and was quick to add that she’d like a look in. Kerry says,
"I couldn't imagine anything better than my kids seeing me on stage with Atomic Kitten rather than just on old YouTube videos!"

Kerry left the group in 2001 and was swiftly replaced by Jenny Frost. However, Atomic Kitten parted ways in 2004 leaving Liz McClarnon to embark on a solo career, Jenny Frost to present Snog, Marry, Avoid, and Natasha Hamilton to star in Blood Brothers in the West End…and that episode of Celebrity Come Dine With Me.
One band member who isn’t too pleased about Kerry’s enthusiasm is Jenny, who was quoted as saying,
“I did read in a paper that we’re getting back together with Kerry…But I’d rather eat my own kidney with a spoon.” Ouch.
We yelped a little bit when we heard that one of our favourites 90’s pop sensations Steps were reforming, we even wept a tear of nostalgia when the Backstreet Boys and New Kids On The Block formed a super-group to bring sweet, sweet music to our grateful ears. We’re just not sure how we feel about all of this Kitten tension. Mind you, if all four girls try and get on stage there’s bound to be some form of entertainment, our odds are on Kerry.
