After blowing over $2 million on her first album Superficial, which sold less than 1,000 copies in its first week of being released, Heidi Montag is back and ready to have another go at being a musical megastar.
The former Hills star and self-confessed plastic surgery addict is releasing a new album called Dreams Come True, which will feature the songs Your Love Found Me, Party Is Wherever I Am, No More and Overdosin.
Heidi, who’s still married to Hills co-star Spencer Pratt, released her first album, Superficial, in 2010 after working on it for three years and spending $2 million of her own money on it.
It featured the singles Blackout and More is More, which entered the Billboard charts at Number 50 before climbing up to a more respectable Number 27.
Sadly the album was met with negative reviews, and even Heidi knew in her heart that her music career hadn’t really worked out this time.
She admitted last year that the album had been a bit of a financial disaster for her, saying: “I spent $2 million on my music career, and it didn't happen for me.”
As well as being a reality star and erm… a singer, Heidi is also famous for her penchant for plastic surgery.
In January 2010 she admitted that she’d had ten plastic surgery procedures in one day; November 20, 2009. Among the procedures were brow-lifts, ear-pinnings, a chin reduction, as well as a second rhinoplasty and second breast augmentation. She also revealed that she’d almost died when her breathing reduced to five breaths per minute while she was in surgery.
But she said it was all worth it.
