Cheryl Cole’s had to put up with lots of complaints about her abilities to sing live, but the record buying public don’t seem to give two hoots about that. Cheryl’s new single, Call My Name, is on course to be the fastest selling single of the year so far.
Cheryl has very nearly reached 100,000 in sales of Call My Name the Offical Charts Company reports! And that’s just three days into the chart week. So say what you like about Cheryl, but there is no denying that she is hugely popular and can translate her popularity into sales!
If the Girls Aloud star manages to shift 128,000 copies by Sunday she’ll take over from this year’s current fastest seller, DJ Fresh FT Rita Ora’s Hot Right Now.
Cheryl also announced this week that she’s heading off on her first ever solo headline tour, tickets go on sale on Friday. We’re warming up our dialling finger now!
