In the first of the new series, Nicky Hambleton-Jones get her mitts on Ruth, a mother of three, who has gone from a size 24 to a size 10 with the help of weight-loss surgery. Ruth might have lost the pounds, but she’s got some unfortunate reminders of her chubbier days: saggy skin on her belly that looks like dough, deflated boobs, and grim varicose veins. heatworld had to watch with it’s hands over it’s eyes.
