Imagine a TV sitcom based on life at heat Towers... Well it might just be happening. Yes, ITV2 is considering making a comedy series about the hilarious shenanigans that go on at a weekly celebrity magazine just like heat. A pilot, entitled Up Close And Personal, has already been made by X Factor/IT Crowd production company Talkback Thames and written by talented writer Andy Rattenbury, who previously worked on Teachers and Hotel Babylon. Now it's up to ITV2 to decide whether to commission a full series. If they do, let's hope it's better than the US celeb mag series Dirt which, even though it stars Courteney Cox, is a bit crap...
