If you haven’t already cancelled all Saturday-night social arrangements from now until December, then we suggest you do so right now. The X Factor is going live from tomorrow (ITV1 at 5.45pm and again at 10pm) which means you can kiss your social life goodbye (heatworld’s didn’t put up much of a fight). And there are several things that make this first live show extra super-exciting. Number one: Dermot. Nuff said, really. Number two: Leona Lewis will be singing her new single for the first time (well not the first time ever, just the first time in public). Number three: we get to see how the contestants look after their pop-star makeovers. And, as you can see from our pictures, they’ve all scrubbed up pretty well. Hell-o Daniel and Andy!
