At one point during Saturday’s live final of The X Factor, phone votes between Leon and Rhydian were as close as one per cent. Ever since the shock result, which revealed Leon had won the competition, there have been complaints from Rhydian fans that they couldn't get through to register their support, instead being greeted with an engaged tone. And while ITV is denying that there were any problems with the phone lines, a LOT of you reckon there were.
