Heather Mills' divorce lawyers are poised to issue a High Court writ against her to try and recoup over £2million in unpaid fees. The firm, Mishcon de Reya apparently had an arrangement that Mill's legal bills would be settled out of her final divorce settlement with Paul McCartney. But now there are fears that Mills may have jeopardised the size of the settlement by going public with so many accusations against the former Beatle and may receive less than expected. An overdraft with Coutts bank has so far covered her costs, but according to a source Mishcon, "worked tirelessly in difficult circumstances for Heather and is now concerned it may not get its money. Mishcon is concerned that Heather could get a nominal settlement of a few million pounds. But because she has other debts to clear, there is a worry that Mishcon will be at the back of the queue."
