Media industry mag PR Week has uncovered the fact that Neon Management's clients, which includes newly-enlarged-in-the-boob-area Chantelle, Chanelle Hayes, Nikki Sanderson and, er, Calum Best, are being offered reduced-price plastic surgery, in return for a mention of the plastic surgery clinic when the stars give interviews. "By teaming up with Neon, we can get the recognition we deserve," said Transform PR manager Shami Choudhry. Blimey – it's a murky old world, isn't it? We wonder if Calum has requested a penis enlargement?
