Hurrah! It's Crap Hair Friday in the world of celebrity, and the latest A-lister celebrating it is Coleen McLoughlin. Col was out and about last night for Liverpool Fashion Week (we're not entirely sure Kate Moss and the fashion world will be rushing to THAT one) and premiered yet another shapeless, slightyly curled 'do that looked more like a hair monster had done a giant turd on her head.
