Simon Cowell’s earned squillions of pounds as an internationally successful talent show judge/music biz type – so you'd logically think that he'd have to be one smart cookie to build such fame and fortune. But apparently not – we’ve just discovered that Simon’s actually a bit dense! The man himself admits, “I went to boarding school when I was about 14. I was so thick in school that I had to drop down a year. So I was put into the same year as my younger brother, and that was just chaotic. It got to the stage where the headmaster basically said, 'Either one of them leaves this school or we’re going to kick the two of them out.'” There's hope for us all... even those of us who earlier asked a colleague if "interesting" should have "a" or "an" in front of it...
