Amanda recently said that she’s open to the idea of surgery, but it looks like she’s succumbed already judging by this picture. “I intend to have everything done when the time's right – nipped, tucked, you name it,” she said. “The only thing I want to avoid is breast implants because I am a size 8 and could overbalance and fall flat on my face!” She added that she plans to marry her current partner Chris Hughes. “I can see us growing old together. Except I won't look old. He'll be grey and I'll be like Joan Rivers!” she joked. But Amanda ought to remember that Joan Rivers is only a couple of face lifts away from Bride of Wildenstein territory, don’t you think?
