It seems that 15-year-old Miley Cyrus wasn’t always so unsure and apologetic about the topless picture that’s caused a huge stink in the US. In the interview she gave to accompany the photo (that was taken by legendary photographer Annie Leibovitz), it seems she was rather pleased with it. “I had a big blanket on,” she said. “And I thought, this looks pretty, and really natural. And you can’t say no to Annie. She’s so cute. She gets this puppy-dog look and you’re like, OK.” Miley’s now saying she regrets the whole thing and has even issued an apology, but after reading this quote, we’re not quite buying it…
