There’s been a significant development in the hunt for missing TV presenter Mark Speight – an hour after he was last seen by police in north London, he boarded a Bakerloo Line tube train heading towards Paddington station. Police have issued these CCTV stills from footage filmed on Monday afternoon in the ticket hall of Queens Park station, and have also revealed that he withdrew money from a cashpoint a few minutes earlier. “Mark's friends and family are extremely concerned for his welfare and they continue to agonise over his disappearance,” says Detective Inspector Declan Williams, from Enfield CID. “Since appeals have been issued, a number of people have spoken to us, providing vital information. Did you see him travelling, do you know where he was heading? I urge anyone with information to contact Enfield police station on 0208 807 1212.”
