Ellen's getting wed!
Owen and Kate may have gone their separate ways, but there is some happy news in Celebsville today – Ellen DeGeneres is getting married! The chat-show host made the announcement to a stunned audience during the recording of her show – and they were quick to give her a standing ovation. The star has been with her wife-to-be, former Ally McBeal star Portia de Rossi, since 2004, and the couple live together in Beverly Hills with their four cats and three dogs. Cute. Ellen and Portia made their decision to get hitched following the news that gay marriage is going to be legalised in the State of California. The show – which will air in the States tomorrow – also featured a special video message from Madonna, congratulating the pair on their happy news. We’re very excited about this! Congratulations ladies.
