Awards ceremonies look all glamorous and exciting on the TV, but in reality, they must get a little bit dull. Us lucky viewers are only ever given the highlights, but there's a lot of waffling and waiting around that goes on in between. Thank God then, for Ricky Gervais... Never a man to disappoint, Ricky had the A-list audience of the Emmys in stitches when he gave this little speech, in which he poked fun at actor Steve Carell.
