During her recent This Morning interview, as well as slurring her words and getting all defensive, Kerry also told Phil and Fern she had "no plans" to return to singing, joking that she "wouldn't do that to the public". We all breathed a small sigh of relief at that point, but now it would appear that the troubled star's plans have already changed. The latest lunatic scheme to be dreamed up for Kerry is that she should travel off to Nashville and try to relaunch her singing career as, wait for it...a country music singer. Yep, Dolly Parton's going to have some competition coughnotcough, as MTV line up songwriters and industry experts to help Kerry in her quest. An insider from MTV said, "There is an idea for her to go to Nashville to try to relaunch her music career. After the harrowing things Kerry's been through on camera, birth and plastic surgery, we want something funny." So they admit it's all a bit of a joke? Oh dear. As much as we want the best for Kerry, we can't quite see this little scheme working. Kerry has famously admitted in the past that she did very little singing while in Atomic Kitten, so how she hopes to conquer the country music world is anyone's guess.
