Dear, oh dear, oh dear – poor Peaches isn't having a very good time at the moment. The young starlet moved over to New York full of excitement and ambition, but her first attempts to break into the magazine world have not gone down well. The 19-year-old has been writing a column for uber-hip magazine Nylon, which is all about her life in New York and how she feels about subjects such as fashion and music. Her first column suffering a huge critical bashing, with thousands of disgruntled readers logging on to have their say. Now Peaches has written a second column and, unfortunately for her, the response has been almost as bad. In one part of the piece, Peaches writes, "Most people who know me know I don’t follow fashion. I mean, I just dyed the tips of my hair blue for God’s sake. I hate stars who look totally over-styled, like Victoria Beckham; give me Courtney Love, with her babydoll nighties and ripped fishnet tights, any day." Ooh, taking a pop at Posh, eh? We like it! Some comments left by readers have been pretty harsh, with one simply writing, "Barf, boring", while others are full of praise for the girl they call "cool". Peaches does seem to be either loved or hated by people, but are some simply attacking her writing because of who she is, or do they have a point?
