This has to be one of the most bizarre stories we've heard in a while... A girl used as a decoy for Jamie Lynn Spears is demanding £1.4million in damages, after suffering what she is describing as a "false arrest". Adessa Eskeridge was on the same LA-bound flight as Brit's younger sister and, upon arrival at the airport, she claims she was fooled into acting as a decoy for the young mum. After landing, Adessa was approached by airport police and told she was "going to help" before being escorted to baggage claim and fooling the waiting paparazzi into thinking she was, in fact, the real Jamie Lynn. The actual Ms Spears was then able to slip out of the airport unnoticed. Adessa's lawyer stated that airport police "did not want to subject Ms Spears to the pushing, shoving, humiliation and possible physical injury that come with the paparazzi, but instead decided that Ms Eskeridge was not important enough to give the same protections to." Ooer. She then goes on to claim that her client was "manipulated" and that the experience has led her to suffer "great humiliation". Surely the people suffering from humiliation ought to be the hoodwinked paps, don't you think? Fancy not recognising the real Ms Spears when you see her... The police have yet to comment on the case, but Adessa has said she will sue if the damages are not paid in full. Have you ever been confused as a celebrity? And if you were going to act as a decoy, who would it be for?
